Role: Co-founder. About Hitcaliber: I started the company in 2021 and, after working with local and overseas clients, am starting a journey in the UK. This startup is dedicated to empowering businesses with efficient martech integrations to supercharge their funnel and EEAT. We are building from zero and seek a partner who shares the vision and is prepared for the highs and lows of startup life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on building and refining the business model and go-to-market strategy
• Lead company operations and stakeholder management
• Drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and growth initiatives
• Play a key role in fundraising, networking, and representing the company publicly
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and resilience

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial thinker with a bias for action
• Proactive with latest marketing and AI trends
• Proven ability (or high potential) to build, launch, and scale ventures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Driven by impact and eager to build something meaningful from scratch
