The
Role
As the
Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager
, you will be the strategic lead for all marketing and communication efforts across both properties. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness and driving revenue through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and seamless coordination across all channels. Youll work closely with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with teams across departments and regions to ensure COMOs brand voice is consistently and powerfully represented.
What you will do
Develop and execute the annual marketing and PR calendar, including budget planning.
Collaborate with COMOs global marketing team to ensure timely and aligned messaging.
Monitor marketing spend and campaign performance.
Create and implement tactical promotions tailored to business needs.
Build strategic partnerships to enhance local engagement and brand visibility.
Oversee photography, event planning, and promotional activities.
Lead B2B communications and ensure platforms are current and effective.
Coordinate with digital and social media teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Manage press requests and liaise with operational departments.
Support F&B and wellness experiences through targeted marketing initiatives.
Lead and develop the team
Who you are:
Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotel marketing.
Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A natural collaborator with strong planning and organisational abilities.
Educated in Hospitality or Marketing & Communications.
A strategic thinker with a flair for creativity and innovation.
