Taking ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, from straightforward to large and complex assignments Managing the completion and submission of financial statements, business taxation, and personal taxation for your portfolio within agreed deadlines Supervising and supporting assistants and seniors, including carrying out line management duties such as 1:1s, goal setting, and student reviews Resolving complex queries and liaising directly with clients to provide excellent service Reviewing assignments prepared by junior staff to ensure compliance and readiness for client review Attending and contributing to client meetings alongside senior colleagues Building strong professional relationships with clients, encouraging referrals and future business opportunities Developing your own professional network with the aim of generating new business

The Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will:

Hold ICAS, ACA, or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) Have previous experience in a practice environment, managing client relationships and portfolios Possess a full UK driving licence Be ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress to Senior Manager level Be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines Bring strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use initiative Be a supportive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
