Business Development Manager - Network Marketing

About The Role: Our client, a mid-to-large-sized design practice is looking for a Head of Business Development and Marketing to join their social and friendly London team.
In this role, you will work closely with the founding directors to elevate and push the brand beyond its already successful position in the industry. You will lead on shaping and driving high-level marketing and business development strategies, all with the common goal of winning new business and expanding the company’s reach.
As the studio looks to explore new sectors and diversify its portfolio, a wide network of industry contacts would be highly advantageous

Collaborate closely with the founding directors to define and implement strategic marketing and business development plans.
Identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging sectors.
Lead and manage high-level marketing initiatives to strengthen the studio’s brand positioning and visibility.
Develop tailored BD strategies to target potential clients and win new work, including pitches and presentations
Provide leadership and direction to a small marketing/BD team, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality output.
Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and BD activities, refining strategies as needed
