The Role
Location: Leeds (2 days in the office normally Mondays and Thursdays) Type: Full Time Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Division.   This job plays a key role in driving greater brand love for PureGym by creating impactful brand moments throughout the year and amplifying them through ATL media and strategic partnerships, including our headline charity partnership with the British Heart Foundation.
Key duties will include:
Lead Brand Marketing for PureGym UK: Take ownership of brand marketing and campaign activity, supported by the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.
Campaign Delivery: Manage our yearly campaign calendar, planning and executing national acquisition campaigns and brand marketing initiatives.
Media Planning: Be the lead contact with our media agency to plan and optimise ATL media campaigns, with performance reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Social & Content, Design, Local Marketing, CRM, and Digital to ensure insight-driven, strategic execution.
Agency Collaboration: Partner with our production and creative agencies to craft engaging communications and creative deliverables.
Brand Partnerships: Oversee the management of brand partnerships including our core partner The British Heart Foundation and additional partners and sponsorships.
Competitor & Industry Insights: Monitor trends, providing quarterly reports and detailed insights during key campaigns.
The Person
We’ll need you to have at least four years’ experience within Brand Marketing, having briefed and executed plans, including ATL activity. You’ll also have experience and confidence in briefing media agencies. Importantly you’ll be passionate about brand and eager to be a disrupter in our industry – bringing different, creative ideas and thinking outside the box.
You’ll also have to demonstrate that you:
Are incredibly organised and can manage campaigns from start to finish, considering all channel touchpoints.
Have exceptional communication skills, collaborating with designers, third-party suppliers and the broader marketing team.
Can stay up to date with marketing trends and can propose creative, tactical ways to engage audiences through effective channel activity.
Are a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
