You’ll own the brand calendar, partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, NPD) and create retail-specific launch plans that turn product drops into cultural moments. You’ll also run athlete and creator programs, brief content production, and ensure a consistent, world-class brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.This role offers clear career growth as the brand scales — ideal for ambitious marketers who want to leave their mark.What You’ll DoLead seasonal and evergreen campaigns from concept through to post-launch reviewBuild tailored launch plans for key retail partners and marketplacesDeliver content and brand assets that inspire both consumers and retail partnersActivate athlete and influencer partnerships, unlocking unique storytelling anglesOrchestrate multi-drop product stories (launch, colour expansions, premium variants)Track performance and use insights to optimise future campaignsKeep the wider business engaged with the brand journey and key winsWhat You’ll Bring4+ years of brand marketing experience in sport, lifestyle, fashion or FMCGEnd-to-end campaign delivery and strong brand storytelling skillsExperience launching manufactured sporting goods across wholesale, retail, marketplaces and DTCConfident working with athletes/creators and activating partnerships across channelsComfortable briefing, collaborating with design/content teamsStrategic yet hands-on, commercially minded, and data-awareFamiliarity with modern marketing tools and generative AI a plusStrong communication skills — able to engage stakeholders and bring them alongWhy This RoleThis is a rare opportunity to join a business on the rise and shape its transformation.
