About the Role: The Brand Marketing Manager will refine and execute the long-term strategic brand plan for Princes Seafood, drive brand growth, ensure consistent messaging, and support broader brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use data and insights to evolve the core consumer question, refine target audiences, propositions, and RTB through testing and validation.
- Align strategic plans with brand share, health, and financial targets within the budget.
- Share plans with internal stakeholders and support the Group Business Plan process.
- Develop and uphold brand guardrails for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage brand calendar, oversee campaigns and content, and plan brand events.
- Influence research and keep abreast of trends.
- Manage brand spend and monitor key metrics and brand health.
- Lead product development pipelines and support innovation with brand expertise.
- Engage stakeholders with the brand's core consumer question, proposition, and RTB.
- Manage and execute brand plans, understanding profit drivers and trends.
- Drive brand share performance within budget and manage agency relationships for optimal ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand marketing with success in developing and growing brands.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
