About the Role: The Brand Marketing Manager will refine and execute the long-term strategic brand plan for Princes Seafood, drive brand growth, ensure consistent messaging, and support broader brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use data and insights to evolve the core consumer question, refine target audiences, propositions, and RTB through testing and validation.
  2. Align strategic plans with brand share, health, and financial targets within the budget.
  3. Share plans with internal stakeholders and support the Group Business Plan process.
  4. Develop and uphold brand guardrails for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Manage brand calendar, oversee campaigns and content, and plan brand events.
  6. Influence research and keep abreast of trends.
  7. Manage brand spend and monitor key metrics and brand health.
  8. Lead product development pipelines and support innovation with brand expertise.
  9. Engage stakeholders with the brand's core consumer question, proposition, and RTB.
  10. Manage and execute brand plans, understanding profit drivers and trends.
  11. Drive brand share performance within budget and manage agency relationships for optimal ROI.
