About the Role

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our brand. You will create compelling content and marketing assets, manage external creative teams, and drive our social media and PR strategies. Your work will directly contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive patient acquisition, retention, and dentist recruitment.
  • Create engaging content, including written and video assets, for digital platforms, patient communications, and events.
  • Manage an external team of designers, copywriters, and videographers.
  • Oversee the company's social media strategy, including LinkedIn thought leadership and local practice accounts.
  • Enhance brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, leveraging data sources such as Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Working Feedback.
  • Lead a customer segmentation project using data-driven insights.
  • Develop a PR strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Implement an in-practice point-of-sale (POS) strategy to support marketing initiatives.

  • Net promoter score (NPS) and customer satisfaction with content.
  • Growth and engagement across social media platforms.
  • PR coverage and sentiment.
  • Operational engagement with customer feedback.

    • What We’re Looking For

    Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional marketing environment.
  • Proven experience managing third-party marketing and creative suppliers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive ROI.

    • Desirable:

  • Experience in a service-based industry such as healthcare, hospitality, or travel.
  • Knowledge of patient acquisition and retention strategies.
