About the Role Brand Marketing Lead, United Kingdom — lead the growth of Dr. Squatch in the UK market. This is a full-time role based in London, reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience blending CPG strategy with startup agility. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy tailored to the UK, aligned with global brand mission and values. Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the UK. Campaign Excellence: Design and implement integrated campaigns across digital, social, out-of-home, PR, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness and engagement. Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with ambassadors, influencers, and creators to enhance visibility and engagement. Retail Marketing: Collaborate with the retail team to bring the brand to life in-store. Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget. Budgeting: Manage the brand budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor brand performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years of marketing experience in both CPG and startup environments. Experience in the personal care, cosmetics, or beauty industries preferred. Proven success launching and growing brands in new markets, with deep understanding of the UK market. Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate a team. Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
