TALA recently opened a 2,000-square-foot, double-fronted Store on London’s iconic Carnaby Street as part of our ambitious growth strategy, backed by a recent funding round.We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to support in the day-to-day operations of the Brand Marketing team. This role is essential in helping the brand function efficiently and ensuring timely communication, campaign coordination, and cross-team alignment.You’ll work across multiple teams (including influencer, creative, product, ecomm, PR, and partnerships), helping to bring exciting campaigns and new products to life, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.This full-time role will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and will be based at our office in SW London.ResponsibilitiesDay to day you will:Supporting on multiple marketing campaigns with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, writing notes and tracking of follow-up action pointsImplementing and upholding processes for key campaign milestones, clearly and efficiently communicating updates to key internal stakeholdersWorking with production, product, merchandising and operations team to ensure smooth campaign asset deliveryAssist in day-to-day communications between brand, creative, social, paid and ecom teamsKeep campaign stakeholders aligned and informed of deadlines, updates, and deliverablesPublic RelationsSupport in briefing, ideation, proofing and administration support to our external PR agency, ensuring key campaign and brand moments are launched with excitement to pressUp to date knowledge of PR strategies and tactics desired, but not essentialAsset & Content AdminCoordinate image and asset requests across internal teams and external teams, working with brand, press and wholesale partnersSupport with gathering, labelling and sharing brand guidelines and campaign imageryHelp manage asset feedback loops in collaboration with design/copy teamsAssist in updating key marketing documents, tracking documents and foldersGifting & Logistics SupportHandle all brand gifting and tracking, including press, influencer, partners, and giveaway winnersSupport in the logistics required within the brand team, including couriers, vendor management, and storage organisation.Copy & Messaging CoordinationWork alongside the Brand Manager to brief copy where neededHelp manage timelines for copy delivery and reviewTrack and prioritise ad hoc and campaign copy requirementsResearch & Competitor InsightsConduct trend and competitor research to support ongoing product and campaign planning, including influencer research and vettingShare regular updates with wider marketing team and contribute to ideation sessionsRequirementsYou should:Be highly organised with strong attention to detailA great communicator — written, verbal, and visualProactive and able to manage multiple tasks and timelinesA natural team player with a ‘can-do’ attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environmentKeen interest in fashion, sustainability, and branding is a plusSkills & Experience1–2 years of experience in a marketing, pr, content, comms, or brand support role (or strong internship experience)Strong administrative and coordination skillsFamiliarity with marketing campaign processesExperience using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or NotionComfortable working across departments and managing multiple stakeholdersBenefitsWhat we can offer:A competitive salary and packageFun, start-up working culture including: team social events, brand collaborations, sample sales, and awardsA sense of mission and contribution to the greater goodExperience in a high-profile, fast-growth, VC-backed startupEmployee discount and allowance on the best sustainable athleisure clothing in the UKBeautiful and bright offices in a historic building in central London (near Vauxhall) with other startups on siteAbout us:TALA is an activewear brand built to actively solve problems without creating new ones for people, the planet, or anyone else.
