We’re hiring: UK Brand Manager (Gü)
Shepherd’s Bush (hybrid) | Reporting to: Global Marketing Manager
At Gü, we don’t just make desserts — we build brands people truly love. We’re now looking for a UK Brand Manager to lead the performance of our iconic range in the UK market and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, shopper and portfolio strategy across retail and online channels.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Category, Innovation and Marketing teams to deliver standout brand experiences and strong commercial results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning UK brand and shopper activation across in-store and online channels
* Leading NPD & EPD launches, including packaging design, 360 campaign development and post-launch reviews
* Supporting the delivery and creation of the annual brand plans
* Leading our Online Shopper growth agenda from strategy to evaluation
* Leading retailer sell-ins in partnership with Sales and Category teams
* Managing packaging projects, from artwork development to delivery
* Optimising the UK product portfolio, spotting growth opportunities through insight and data
* Tracking competitors, category and shopper trends — and turning insight into action
* Managing and tracking UK marketing spend, ensuring investment delivers results
