Brand and Marketing Manager

We help make sure children in the UK are safer, healthier, happier, and more hopeful. We're looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in embedding Barnardo's brand identity and tone of voice across the organisation. You'll also lead integrated audience-centred marketing campaigns that raise awareness, drive consideration and engagement, and inspire action to help us generate income. Key Responsibilities Lead brand alignment across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent tone and values. Develop and manage audience-focused marketing campaigns for various directorates. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strategic marketing initiatives. Monitor brand health and campaign performance using data-driven insights. Provide training and guidance on brand standards and messaging. Champion audience-led, integrated marketing approaches. Manage marketing budgets up to £1,000,000.
