This role will support the Dispute Resolution team on all business development and marketing activities and report to the Senior BDM. This role offers exposure to working with the world’s best lawyers globally and will support career development and personal growth.The ResponsibilitiesCoach and develop the dispute resolution team.Ensure quality and consistency of the first draft from end to end across the pitch processOversee and create a system of management for the BDM infrastructureRaising external profile through campaigns, PR, events, and online presenceManage priority client relations as well as plan and execute BD initiatives relating to client targetingEnsure delivery of the directory and award submissions for the groupDevelop and manage the team’s internal communicationsThe CandidatePrevious experience in a similar role – advisory-oriented practice is preferred.Degree level or equivalentKnowledge of legal/professional services firmsPlease note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
