SkootEco is looking for a commercially-minded B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and bring in qualified leads through strategic, multichannel campaigns. Sitting at the heart of a small senior team, you’ll help shape and execute SkootEco’s marketing engine, fuel growth, and refine how we communicate our value to the world.What you'll doLead and execute multichannel lead gen campaigns targeting key verticals (hospitality, legal, property, ESG)Own performance across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, blog, SEO and retargetingCreate and execute content strategies including blogs, whitepapers, lead magnets and emailsPartner with Sales and Consultancy to create enablement tools, outreach flows, and nurture pathsCollaborate on website optimisation to improve UX and conversionsOwn and improve metrics including CPL, conversion and lead quality, in partnership with the CPOEvolve our brand narrative, making the MARC Framework simpler and sharper for key sectorsWhat we're looking forProven track record in B2B demand gen or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, ESG, or consultancySkilled in LinkedIn & Google Ads, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), and email toolsStrong content chops across paid, organic and nurture funnelsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach – equally happy building and doingClear communicator who thrives working closely with senior leadership and product teamsBonus: experience in sustainability, carbon, ESG or purpose-led sectorsWhat you'll getCompetitive base + performance-linked incentivesFlexible hybrid or remote workingJoin a high-impact, high-growth ESG business with top-tier clientsReal autonomy and influence on marketing strategyWork alongside experienced founders and C-level teamShape messaging for one of the UK’s most innovative ESG scale-ups #J-18808-Ljbffr
