Job Description Join Vision Express in Richmond , London as an Assistant Store Manager and bring energy, enthusiasm, and leadership to our team. You’ll support the Store Manager in driving performance, ensuring audit and compliance standards are met, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious individual who’s eager to progress their career with Vision Express. Optical experience is preferred but not essential — what matters most is your drive, people skills, and eye for detail.
