OverviewPertemps are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a leading storage company in Kingston.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the running of the storeDeal effectively with sale enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to faceMaximise every sales enquiryComplete all administrative tasksTaking responsibility for the set up and control of store marketing tasksContribute to the achievement of the financial targets agreed for the StoreIdentify and suggest opportunitiesEnsuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanlinessMaking sure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered toManage, monitor and adapt the working practices of the Store staff toIdentify any store repair & maintenance issues, report and following up.Ensure compliance within or of company operational and financialRequirementsA good level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to speak clearly and demonstrate effective listening skills when communicating with customersComfortable working in a small team environment and adapt to lone workingAccountability for the store actions in the absence of a Store ManagerProject confidence and knowledge of Company projects and services on completion of a the induction programme and probation periodThe Role... #J-18808-Ljbffr
