What You’ll Be Up To

You'll be the behind-the-scenes magic-maker, helping to build, shape, and launch killer campaigns and products that keep Elegant Touch at the top of its game — across the UK & EU. From brainstorms to brand books, packaging to photoshoots, this role covers it all. You'll work closely with the Brand Manager and a team of creatives, marketers, and product pros to bring bold ideas to life.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Brand Strategy & Development

• Be the brand’s biggest cheerleader and help us nail our tone, look, and feel across every touchpoint.
• Keep your finger on the pulse with consumer insights and trends to help steer our strategy.
• Partner with agencies, designers, and creatives to keep everything on-brand and on-point.

Product Magic & Innovation

• Help us create trend-driven, can’t-stop-staring-at-them products with our New Product Development team.
• Manage timelines like a boss to ensure smooth product and campaign launches.
• Bring your eye for design to packaging and product presentation that wows in-store and online.

Marketing & Campaign Vibes

• Craft gorgeous marketing materials — think PR kits, samples, and Insta-worthy merch.
• Work with creatives to brief and review visuals, from killer product shots to stunning campaign assets.
• Support photoshoots, events, trade shows, and more — basically, you’re in the middle of the brand action!
• Approve website content and help make sure our digital home always looks glam.

Cross-Team Rockstar

• Be the marketing go-to across departments — Sales, PR, Comms, Tech… everyone wants your input.
• Ensure we’re in sync across product launches and promotional plans.

Operational Whiz

• Keep budgets tidy and POs in order — we love creativity, but we love good spreadsheets too

Team Player & Culture Add

• Welcome new starters with brand sparkle.
• Represent marketing in planning sessions and projects that shape the future of our brand.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or equivalent experience (bonus points if it’s in marketing or a creative field!)
• Around 18+ months in a similar role — beauty industry experience is a big plus.
• Strong communicator with ninja-level project management skills.
• A creative thinker with a strategic brain and love for all things beauty & fashion.
• Obsessed with trends and pop culture (your Pinterest boards are legendary).
• Organised, detail-obsessed, and cool under pressure.
