Its vertically integrated model supports expansion into markets including vegan products, vitamins, bars, snacks, and activewear, in key markets such as the UK and Asia. Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the Myprotein app, including acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to drive app downloads, usage, and customer loyalty. Campaign Development: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (in-app, email, push notifications, social media, paid ads, etc.) to drive app growth and enhance customer experience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, CRM, ecommerce, and content teams to align objectives, optimise app performance, and identify growth opportunities. Data-Driven Decisions: Use app performance data to measure campaign effectiveness, user behaviour, and engagement, continuously optimising strategies for ROI. User Engagement & Retention: Develop lifecycle marketing strategies (onboarding, retention, win-back) tailored to segments to drive long-term engagement. Performance Monitoring: Own KPIs for app marketing (downloads, engagement, retention, LTV) and report on campaign success. Innovation & Testing: Stay informed on mobile marketing trends, ASO, and technology to continuously improve the app marketing function.
What skills & experience are needed
Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, especially in digital and mobile app marketing. Strong understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem: UA, in-app engagement, ASO, and monetisation. Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, social, paid media, influencer marketing, etc.). Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Apptweak, Tableau, AppsFlyer) to drive app performance. Familiarity with app performance KPIs and user segmentation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, with mobile app marketing being highly desirable. Experience in ecommerce, fitness, or nutrition brands is a plus.
