We are an agile and dynamic team that is passionate about empowering individuals to build their financial future.We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate & Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our small but growing marketing team.This is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and brand presence through strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships.The successful candidate will be responsible for both managing existing third-party agency relationships and directly building and nurturing new partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for Quilter Invest.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the affiliate and partnerships marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives.Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and direct partnership opportunities that align with the Quilter Invest brand and target audience.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse range of partners, including financial websites, bloggers, influencers, and other relevant businesses.Collaborate with 3rd party marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are optimised, delivering a strong return on investment (ROI).Monitor and analyse the performance of all affiliate and partnership campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.Work with the wider marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials for partners.Manage the partnerships budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate and partnerships marketing.About YouSkills and ExperienceProven multi-year experience in an affiliate or partnerships marketing role, ideally within the regulated financial services or FinTech sector.Demonstrable experience of managing and growing affiliate programmes.Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.A solid understanding of marketing principles and digital channels.Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, collaborative team.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience with app-first products and mobile acquisition strategies is a plus.#LI-PM1Inclusion & DiversityWe value diversity and strive to promote inclusivity in all aspects of our culture.
