FTSE 100 business £400 - £480 a day pay to umbrella Bristol (Hybrid - ideally 1 dpw in the office) 6 months initially - scope for longer Start in the next 2/3 weeks essential

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing expert to take the lead on a high-profile program with one of the UK's leading brands. This is a chance to own the strategy, drive growth, and build impactful partnerships. This role would be perfect for someone who's great with the hands-on implantation of affiliate marketing and loves the strategy and creativity that a senior position can offer in a great business. Shape and deliver a results-driven affiliate strategy to support continued business growth Build and manage key partner, network, and agency relationships Optimise performance to boost ROI and cut wasted spend Align affiliate activity with wider marketing campaigns Keep everything compliant and on-brand Report back with clear insights and recommendations Onboard new affiliates to grow the program

What you'll bring

Proven track record in senior affiliate marketing roles Strong knowledge of performance channels and affiliate networks Analytical, commercially minded, and data-driven Skilled communicator and relationship manager Experience in a regulated environment would be ideal, but not essential
