Are you a strategic thinker who’s passionate about the power of influencers and content creators? Do you excel at managing client relationships, driving results, and leading campaigns that make an impact? We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager (Influencer Marketing) to join our growing team.
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and oversee the planning, delivery, and optimisation of influencer marketing campaigns that elevate brands and deliver measurable success.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships and ensuring their objectives are met through effective influencer strategies.
Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns from strategic planning and creative briefing to execution, reporting, and optimisation.
Manage and mentor Account Executives, ensuring flawless campaign delivery and strong client service.
Collaborate closely with influencers, creators, and talent agencies to secure impactful partnerships aligned with client goals.
Lead campaign reporting and insights, analysing performance data to guide future strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, social, PR, and strategy) to deliver integrated campaigns.
Keep up to date with industry trends, platform innovations, and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are achieved efficiently and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, or a related client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
Proven success in managing influencer campaigns from strategy through to delivery.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current social media trends.
Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to provide consultative support and strategic guidance.
Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
A creative, collaborative approach and a passion for innovative influencer marketing.
