OverviewThe Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home role. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. This person must be located in the UK or Germany.The RoleAcceleration Partners is accepting applications for Account Manager roles within our growing Affiliate Marketing team. As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships, manage affiliate marketing campaigns, and work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that ensure long-term client success. You will also lead recruitment efforts, engage in networking opportunities, and mentor junior team members.Top ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship BuildingCollaborate closely with Account Directors and/or Senior Account Managers to cultivate strong client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality outputs.Lead discussions on partnership opportunities in meetings and calls, using data insights to pitch innovations and align strategies with client business objectives.Proactively contribute to client engagement by managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and assisting senior team members in maintaining and enhancing client relationshipsData Analytics & Strategic RecommendationsAnalyze performance data to generate actionable insights that drive client strategy and campaign optimizations.Demonstrate the ability to forecast effectively, using data to predict trends and inform client decision-making.Present data-driven recommendations to ensure alignment between client KPIs and broader business goals.Campaign & Strategic Partner ManagementFocus on nurturing and managing relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with client objectives, emphasizing long-term partnership success.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and discover new partners, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.Proactively suggest new ideas and approaches that contribute to client success and long-term growth.Operational Execution & Tactical AdjustmentsExecute affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring they are aligned with client objectives and driving measurable outcomes.Continuously monitor portfolio performance and adjust tactics to optimize client success.Mentor Associate Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and strategic execution.Delegate tasks effectively, promoting efficiency and professional development across the team.What Success Looks LikeBy 6 MonthsSupport multiple client accounts, collaborate with senior team members to build strong relationships with key contacts, ensure smooth communication and assist with client strategy and account-related questions as needed.Use data insights to optimize client campaigns and regularly present actionable recommendations to clients.Client KPIs will be consistently met, and client satisfaction scores will be 8+.By 1 YearTake full accountability for the success of client programs, managing strategic execution and maximizing account performance.Coach Associate Account Managers to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.Client satisfaction will remain high, with Net Promoter Scores consistently at 8+.Qualities of the Ideal CandidateStrong sense of curiosityCritical thinkerConfident and comfortable being uncomfortableFlexible, resilient, coachableRelationship and service orientedProactive and outcome orientedStrong work ethic and personal standardsMinimum Qualifications & Skills3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network) required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Ability to travel up to 20%.Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data.Experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus.Why Acceleration Partners?Acceleration Partners is the world’s largest and first-to-market Partnership and Marketing Agency creating and nurturing partnerships that drive measurable outcomes for their clients.
