rev.space is looking for a Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategist t o help our clients activate smarter, more strategic go-to-market programs. You’ll play a critical role in executing and evolving our Account-Based Marketing managed service , a core part of how we help B2B tech companies scale with focus.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone with proven ABM experience who enjoys owning both the strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with our clients across time zones, delivering intelligent, personalized campaigns that align marketing and sales to drive growth.
We’re a lean team with a flat structure—so we’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable briefing creative as they are building out workflows or writing an email sequence.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a day-to-day lead for assigned B2B tech clients, building strong and trusted relationships
- Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, web, paid, and outbound channels
- Use data, insights, and firmographics to segment audiences and personalise journeys
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across sales and marketing to align campaigns with pipeline goals
- Get hands-on with campaign setup: build landing pages, brief creative assets, write sequence emails
- Leverage AI tools (or be open to learning them) to streamline content creation, targeting, and reporting
- Build ABM playbooks , nurture frameworks, and campaign workflows tailored to each client’s growth strategy
- Track and report on campaign performance, offering clear insights and optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate with internal and external contributors (e.g. creatives, strategists, RevOps) to deliver outcomes on time and on budget
- Operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with our cross-functional team
What You Bring
- 3+ years of ABM experience in B2B tech or professional services
- Experience working in a consultancy, agency , or fast-paced client delivery environment
- Strong understanding of account segmentation, intent data , and personalised messaging strategies
- Proficiency in or familiarity with HubSpot (other CRM/MAP platforms a bonus)
- Ability to work confidently across both marketing and sales functions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across time zones
- Bonus points for experience in:
- Social media strategy or activation
- ABM in a professional services or solution-selling environment
- Experimenting with or implementing AI tools to streamline campaign delivery
- Proficiency in or familiarity with Salesforce

- Compensation : The salary for this role is in the region of £38,000 - £45,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time) , depending on experience and profile
