We are currently working with a well-known insurance brand who are looking to add a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to their team.Overview:The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes across above-the-line channels (TV, radio, print, digital). The role involves strategic input, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management while ensuring compliance and a customer-first approach.Key Responsibilities:Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.Conduct market research and audience segmentation to guide media planning.Collaborate with creative and media agencies on campaign concepts.Manage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.Oversee production, media buying, placement, and asset trafficking.Monitor and analyse campaign performance; refine targeting and strategy.Manage budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial outcomes.Ensure campaigns comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.Develop efficient workflows to streamline campaign delivery.Skills & Capabilities:Strong compliance and risk management awareness.Customer-focused mindset, integrating consumer needs into campaigns.Commercial acumen with resource and ROI optimisation.Effective leadership and stakeholder management.Functional expertise in marketing and campaign management.Experience driving change and process improvements.Experience & Qualifications:Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.Proven experience with media agency collaboration, campaign optimisation, and media planning.Familiarity with marketing metrics (GRP, TRP, CPM).Qualifications in media planning, digital marketing, or brand strategy preferred.ABL Marketing Campaign Manager - London 1 day per week - Up to £60kSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesInsurance
