Are you looking to work on a wide range of marketing projects, and gain exposure to all aspects of the marketing mix? We’re looking for an intern to join our UK & Ireland Corporate marketing team, to help support delivery and implementation of the UK & Ireland marketing strategy, as well as to provide operational support on the day-to-day running of the function.A successful candidate is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment. This person must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and have the ability to juggle multiple, competing tasks and demands, with high attention to detail.What You’ll DoSupport the UK & Ireland marketing team to ensure efficient planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns and initiatives as part of our UK & Ireland marketing strategy, working with the relevant functional marketing teams as required.Help to ensure consistency of ‘best in class’ approach to larger marketing investments, including assisting with setup and preparation of briefing calls and briefing packs.Support UK & Ireland corporate marketing team with preparation of presentations and regular reporting for EMEA business leadership and global marketing leadership, ensuring formatting and branding is in line with company templates and standards.Assist with digital and website content development and maintenance, including review of service, industry and biography webpages.Help to create compelling and innovative communications that meets various internal and external messaging needs, including drafting of client mailings, newsletters and social media posts.Support events management for internal team events and external client events, including conferences, seminars, roundtable breakfasts/dinners, and networking drinks/dinners.Assist with production of collateral, including proofreading and liaising with creative and content teams.Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and activities.Assist with other day-to-day team tasks and ad hoc projects, including web and email enquiries, management of shared mailboxes, processing invoices, etc.How You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
